Basta lavare e asciugare del nuovo peperoncino Crop Crushed. Tagliare i loro steli e tritare grossolanamente con i semi. Mescolare con sale kosher / sale marino e metterlo in un barattolo, coperto con più sale. Attendere due / tre settimane prima dell'uso, quindi conservare in frigorifero una volta aperto. Il peperoncino rosso manterrà per mesi.
